Senior Leadership Profile
For SES Officers - built around the Senior Executive Leadership Capability Framework (SELCF) and the Integrated Leadership System (ILS).
The key elements of the SLP reports are:
- Summary bar chart showing how you rate yourself against how others rated you on the five capability criteria and what the database norms are.
- Importance results show how both you and your supervisor rate the importance of work under each of the five criteria and twenty capabilities within the framework.
- Detailed combined importance and behavioural results review all individual question ratings and suggest options for improvement.
- Emotional intelligence quotient scored out of 10 shows your areas of strength and areas requiring improvement.
- Qualitative comments provided by yourself, your supervisor and others cover achievements, areas for development and development needs and can be invaluable in helping you understand and follow up on the report's results generally.
