RESIDENTIAL LEADERSHIP

CPM delivers six residential leadership courses, which are run on a regular basis and are open to participants from government departments and agencies. These focus on improving performance at the APS and Executive Levels.
SPECIALIST COURSES

CPM delivers six specialist courses that cover specific areas of personal development or interest, such as faciliation and change management. These are run over two days either in Canberra or as a residential.
COACHING COURSES

Delivered in partnership with the Institute for Executive Coaching (IEC), a number of coaching and mentoring workshops are available, including three levels of executive coach training leading to accreditation by the ICF.

Leadership Programs

CPM currently delivers management and leadership programs to a number of Departments and Agencies across the public sector, each developed to meet the specific business and developmental needs of the organisation and its staff.
360° Feedback

CPM is an expert in the delivery of 360° feedback tools for the public sector, including through use on our leadership development programs. In addition we develop tailored 360° feedback programs based on agency frameworks or work level standards.
Coaching Services

Organisation-specific coaching can be used to improve performance, address personal development issues or assist managers with specific challenges. CPM has a number of Executive Coaches who can work with public sector organisations to develop a coaching service.
Evaluation

A great strengh of CPM's offering to public sector agencies is the robust evaluation framework we attach to all of our learning and development initiatives, which provides tangible and evidence-based evaluation of our programs.

CPM delivers a wide range of management and leadership services to public sector departments and agencies, helping build capability and improve performance through the development of human capital.

We are able to deliver a number of solutions including residential leadership programs, workshop-based development programs run on agency premises and tailored facilitation and planning services.

Tools & Instruments

CPM utilises a range of diagnostic tools and feedback instruments on our public courses and departmental programs, to improve self-awareness and identify areas for development.
Venues

We utilise a number of venues for the delivery of our courses and programs, both within the ACT at the CPM Training Centre and nearby in Bowral at The Briars and Bungendore at The Carrington Inn.
Reviews and Evaluation

CPM has a number of reports on the quality of our courses and programs, including evaluation summaries and a longitudinal study into the effectiveness of our leadership courses.

CPM draws on a range of delivery resources including our team of presenters, a range of instruments and several different venues to produce high quality outcomes for course participants and client organisations. We also have a strong focus on review and evaluation to report on the success of our programs.

CPM Reviews provides a range of services including employment reviews, misconduct, investigations, organisational process, conduct audit, selection processes and workplace relations matters.
Reviewers

CPM Reviews personnel have experience in a number of employment areas and have all occupied demanding management and human resources positions within the public sector.
Clients

CPM Reviews has delivered to a range of clients across the Commonwealth and State jurisdictions, ranging from large Federal Government departments to smaller State Government organisations.

CPM REVIEWS OVERVIEW

CPM Reviews provides ethical and professional reviews of employment decisions and actions to the public sector. The team of experienced reviewers is led by Mr Jeff Lamond, a former Merit Protection Commissioner.

TRAINING CENTRE

The CPM Training Centre is a professional, high quality and cost effective training venue located near the Belconnen Town Centre. This recently built facility was designed by professional trainers and has been developed to accommodate CPM's non-residential courses.
