Coaching Services

Organisation-specific coaching can be used to improve performance, address personal development issues or assist managers with specific challenges. CPM has a number of Executive Coaches who can work with public sector organisations to develop a coaching service.

CPM and IEC partnership

The Centre for Public Management (CPM) and the Institute of Executive Coaching (IEC) have established a strategic partnership between the two organisations to provide executive coaching services to the public sector market. This partnership combines CPM's strength and credibility in the Canberra public sector market with the IEC's significant authority and expertise in the coaching arena.

Globally, executive coaching is increasingly being recognised - both in the public and private sectors - as one of the most effective ways to develop exceptional leaders and create dynamic organisations. The CPM and IEC partnership focuses on a very practical and experiential approach to coaching. Rather than being a teacher, advisor or content 'expert', the executive coach facilitates the coachee through an intensive and accelerated process of professional and personal development.
