Kerry Juknaitis

Kerry Juknaitis is a Director of Noesis Learning Pty Ltd and has worked as a consultant in change and performance management since 1991. She has worked with CPM on a range of courses and consultancies since 2006. Kerry's consulting expertise lies primarily in designing and delivering management and leadership development programs; facilitating and training in strategic thinking and planning; and reviewing and developing learning and development strategies.

Kerry has worked across every portfolio Department during her consulting career. She delivers a number of CPM's public training programs and has designed, reviewed and implemented leadership and management development activities in at least 18 APS organisations. These programs have been varied in focus, delivery style and objectives, with each designed to suit the specific needs of the participants and the client organisation. Many have included custom-designed management simulations.

Kerry has long had an interest in strategic and analytical thinking and delivers CPM's Leadership and Strategic Intelligence program and its Analytical and Strategic Thinking program. She has facilitated countless strategic and business planning workshops with work units of different sizes and staff at all levels. She applies her knowledge in the area to assist work areas to challenge limits to innovative thinking and develop practical business strategies.

Kerry has undertaken a number of projects to review and develop learning strategies for various organisations, including for professional and specialist areas.

Prior to becoming a consultant Kerry spent nine years in various human resources roles in the Australian Public Service, including as Director National Training for the former Department of Employment, Education and Training and Director Career Development for the former Department of Immigration and Ethnic Affairs.

Kerry has a B.Sc (Hons) in Psychology from UNSW, specialising in social psychology and statistics, and has undertaken post-graduate studies in Change Management at the Australian Graduate School of Management and in Accounting at Canberra University.

She is accredited to use Myers Briggs Type Inventory, Team Management Index, Hermann Brain Dominance Index, the various LPP360 feedback tools, DiSC and the Strength Deployment Inventory. She is a Certificate 4 Trainer and Assessor.
