CPM currently runs twelve management and leadership development courses, each a public program that is open to participants from all government departments and agencies.

Our courses are focused on improving individual performance through a combination of factors including self-awareness, people management and strategic thinking.

DEPARTMENTAL OVERVIEW

CPM delivers a wide range of management and leadership services to public sector departments and agencies, helping build capability and improve performance through the development of human capital.

We are able to deliver a number of solutions including residential leadership programs, workshop-based development programs run on agency premises and tailored facilitation and planning services.

DELIVERY OVERVIEW

CPM draws on a range of delivery resources including our team of presenters, a range of instruments and several different venues to produce high quality outcomes for course participants and client organisations. We also have a strong focus on review and evaluation to report on the success of our programs.

Our People

CPM comprises a group or network of 14 senior consultants, most of whom have their own independent consulting businesses and yet who work under the CPM umbrella. All have either previously worked as senior public servants or, prior to joining CPM, consulted extensively to the public sector.

	John Baker, Executive Director, was variously a Division Head and Ambassador in the APS before starting consulting in 1990. His key interest has been in the design and delivery of residential leadership programs, principally at the SES and Executive Levels. more...
