From Management to Leadership
'From Management to Leadership: being effective at the executive level' is a four-day residential run at The Briars, Bowral NSW. The program is designed for people at the executive level 2, or with more than 5 years' experience at the executive level 1.
The rapidly changing demands on public service managers requires you to not only know how to lead, and to demonstrate leadership behaviours, but also to adopt the attitudes and “be” a leader.
From Management to Leadership: being effective at the executive level explores and addresses these and other issues in a practical and experiential way.

Optional Coaching Module
One of the challenges of attending a four-day residential program is to not lose sight of the various insights, ideas, plans and issues that arise during the course. Some of them are far too important not to follow up.
‘From Management to Leadership’ offers an optional coaching package consisting of three one-hour coaching sessions, to take place in the months following the program. The optional coaching sessions provide one-on-one time for specific issues to be discussed. The follow-up coaching will be with Vanessa Fanning at mutually convenient times at CPM’s Jamison office. Please indicate on the registration form which option you would like to book, noting the additional cost of the coaching option.
CPM reserves the right to substitute an alternative presenter where the advertised presenter is unavailable for illness or other reasons.
