Achieving Self Mastery

developing the mindset and behaviours that create personal effectiveness in the workplace

'Achieving Self Mastery: developing the mindset and behaviours that create personal effectiveness in the workplace' is a two-day residential run at The Briars, Bowral NSW.  The program is designed for APS6 and Executive Level 1 and 2 staff (and equivalents).

This workshop will provide the knowledge, insights and tools that enable you to create your own path to self mastery – which will then have significant benefits in the workplace and in life generally.  Participants who attend this workshop have achieved a measure of professional success as indicated by their positions within the APS.  The challenge is to add skills in new areas of personal development which will facilitate building on earlier successes.

Program Leader

Program Leaders

The course is presented and led by Walter Bellin,
a CPM consultant with a broad range of experience
in leadership and management development.

Become more effective at work by gaining a better understanding of yourself and learning how to master your behaviours.  At times all of us find ourselves reacting at work to people or situations in ways that are self limiting or even counter productive.  These reactions include a wide spectrum of external behaviours (from overly aggressive to overly passive) and internal behaviours (mental and emotional habits and patterns) which have often been learned during childhood and adolescence.  All of these self limiting internal and external behaviours can be unlearned and replaced with positive, empowering ones.
