'Increasing Your Chance of Promotion' is one day workshop on job application and interview skills for APS selection processes. In the current climate of fewer job opportunities, the competition for jobs is stronger than ever. Many applicants who possess the capacity to do a job, are let down by poor interview performance or a poorly written job application. Others may simply not apply because they are not confident about attending interviews or writing applications in the manner required by APS agencies.

Program Leaders

The course is presented and led by John Castellari,
a CPM consultant with a broad range of experience
in leadership and management development.

This workshop has been designed to help APS employees apply for jobs and undertake interviews effectively within the APS recruitment and selection environment. It uses proven methods developed and refined within the APS work environment over many years.

CPM Training CentreTraining Venue

The prorgam is run at the recently developed CPM Training Centre, next to the Jamison Centre near the Belconnen Town Centre.

Travel time is less than ten minutes from the City and ample free parking is available on site. Course materials and a catered lunch are included in the program cost.
