CPM's involvement in 360° feedback resulted from its need to develop suitable public sector-oriented feedback instruments for use on its residential leadership courses. The profiles were developed in partnership with Auckland-based Team Leadership Services.
There are four 360° feedback profiles which in addition to being used on CPM courses are also available for wider use by consultants, departments and agencies:

Senior Leadership Profile (SLP)
Senior Executive Service (SES) - built around the Senior Executive Leadership Capability Framework (SELCF) as modified in the Integrated Leadership System (ILS).

Executive Leadership Profile (ELP)
Executive Level 1 & 2 Officers - built around the EL and SES Capability Framework.

Team Leadership Profile (TLP)
APS 5 & 6 Officers - built around the Integrated Leadership System (ILS) at the APS6 capability level.

Strategic Intelligence Profile (SIP)
Executive Level 1 & 2 Officers - built around CPM's Strategic Intelligence Capability Framework (SICF).
The ELP, SLP, TLP and SIP profiles are all used on CPM courses and have been used very successfully across a range of departments and agencies. More detailed information is available on the ELP, SLP, TLP and SIP, including the benefits of 360° feedback and why the profiles should be used.
Because ELP, SLP and TLP are closely related 'look-alike' instruments they can be used together in workshops which provide 360° feedback for single work groups comprising staff ranging from APS5 through to SES Band 2.
